Campline Horses is a brand owned by Horse Team, with a double presence at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the 2023 Pan American Games.
THE POWER OF THE LUSITANO HORSE
Recognized as the great brand of the Purebred Lusitano Horse of today, Campline Horses has managed to compete at the highest level with the best in international equestrian sport.
Campline Horses and its teams are motivated by the ambition to save the Purebred Lusitano Horse from extinction and have at their disposal hundreds of horses with the genes of the great dressage champions.
At the Santo Estevão Equestrian Center, in a region with a centuries-old equestrian tradition and just a few kilometers from Lisbon, the professionals at Campline Horses work every day for the development of the Purebred Lusitano Horse, committed to training new talents and promoting harmony between animals, people and Nature.
JOÃO VICTOR MARCARI OLIVA
João Victor Marcari Oliva (Olympic Athlete) has been a regular presence in the top 50 of the FEI world ranking and with Escorial Campline he came 26th in the Tokyo Olympic Games, making history by obtaining 70.419%, the highest score ever for Brazil.
Escorial comes from a top lineage of the stallions Spartacus and Xaquiro. Winner of numerous gold medals in model and gait competitions, Escorial has achieved the breed's highest title and today he is recognized as the best sire of the Lusitano breed.
SUPPORT THE PUREBRED LUSITANO
Bred over five thousand years ago, the Purebred Lusitano is the oldest saddle horse in the world. However, the breed has been classified as endangered by the FAO since 2011. This is the reality we need to change. The survival of the breed today requires defending its genetic variability, re-establishing the relationship between the Purebred Lusitano and the new generations through sport and art.
The Horse Team, owner of Campline Horses, was born to remove the Purebred Lusitano horse from the risk of extinction and to promote Portugal through its secular and recognized equestrian traditions. And today it offers a unique and exclusive opportunity for those who want to invest in horses descended from the two Olympic Purebred Lusitano, Escorial and Fogoso.
